We are looking for motivated General Managers with a passion for guest service to join our new store and growing organization. May require travel for training at a sister store within another state.
We will be located inside of the food court of Great Lakes Crossing Outlets.

General Manager responsibilities include:
Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
Other duties as required or assigned
Requirements for General Manager:
Minimum of 3 years of quick-service restaurant management experience
Basic computer skills are required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
